My primary interests include remote sensing,
snow hydrology, energy balance, and Geographic Information Systems.
Professional Experience
2006 - Currently – GIS Analyst, DIGIT Lab, University of Utah
Responsible for a number of tasks
including using Geographic information systems (GIS) to aid in the preparing of data and
its development, conducting spatial analysis, feature extraction, analyzing
remote sensing images for processing, and using analytical skills to produce
quality products for the federal, state and local agencies as well as the
private sector.
Internships
2004 – Office for Resource Efficiency (ORE)
I completed a feasibility study to determine the
possibility of a small hydrological energy resource for the town of Crested Butte, CO.
2005 – 29th Colorado
Water Workshop: Science, Technology & Politics
in 21st Century Water Development – Western
State College
I was directly responsible for planning and organizing
this workshop which is now in its 31st year of bringing Colorado leaders and
constituents together to discuss various concerns of water in the West.
